SEDI provides 3D visualization, motion design, web development, brand identity, AR/VR experiences, and product design services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All project deliverables, designs, and materials created by SEDI remain the intellectual property of SEDI until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client as defined in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary materials, timely feedback, and approvals as outlined in the project agreement. Delays in client responsibilities may affect project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, including deposits and milestone payments, are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEDI's liability is limited to the value of the project agreement. SEDI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
